It is a Gartner® research publication (11 February 2026, authors Sue Waite, Divya Radhakrishnan, and Amy Bickel) that evaluates and positions vendors in the augmented data quality market. Vendors are plotted along two axes — Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute — and placed into one of four quadrants: Leaders, Challengers, Visionaries, and Niche Players. The 2026 report evaluated 13 vendors.
DQLabs is recognized as a Visionary for the second consecutive year, reflecting the strength of its Completeness of Vision alongside its Ability to Execute among the 13 evaluated vendors.
Visionaries are vendors that demonstrate a strong, forward-looking understanding of where the market is heading and deliver innovative capabilities, while continuing to build out execution at scale. DQLabs' placement reflects its vision for autonomous data observability, quality, and context, powered by PRIZM.
Augmented data quality refers to the use of AI, machine learning, and automation to enhance traditional data quality processes — such as profiling, monitoring, anomaly detection, and remediation — reducing manual effort and improving the reliability of data at scale.
PRIZM is DQLabs' AI-native platform that powers its vision for autonomous data observability, quality, and context. It uses a multi-agent architecture to continuously profile, prioritize, analyze, and remediate data issues, unifies signals across data ecosystems into a single control plane, applies criticality-driven prioritization, and continuously evaluates data fitness for analytics, ML, and GenAI.
